I've never seen an armed policeman here in rural Wales ! Great shot with the handcuffs too.

I wish we didn't have to have armed police but there is so many crazy people. Great Shot Artsy : )))

Thanks for your comments! I don't usually walk in this neighborhood, but was on my way to a a new store downtown after having a Chinese dim sum lunch. This policeman had just come out of a bakery shop (doughnuts of course!) and started talking to the man on his right. You can see the man's hand. I took a quick snap of this and went around them. Sneaky candid shot accomplished!
